Set your preferred search engine on Firefox.

We all have our own choice of search engines, some of you may like Google, some Bing, some Yahoo and that list goes on. So why do we have to compromise on it when it comes inside our web browser. Many browsers comes with its own default search settings, well most of them nowadays provide you option to change them but the problem is that it may not be as sweet as it sounds to change them or customize them.

Well not with Mozilla Firefox anymore, you have a free Firefox extension Choose Search Engine (FF4) 1.0b which will make it pretty simple to change or set your preferred search engine.

Install this extension and then access this extension from the browser settings, you option to select from famous search providers like Google, Bing, Yahoo, AOL, and Wikipedia. Now suppose you like something else, don’t worry you can mention the search URL of your choice and then save it.
