After a court injunction on its services it was inevitable that shut down could be avoided. They have made it official that by beginning of Jan 2011 there would be complete shutdown of their offices at New York . LimeWire said “We attracted some of the top talent from the technology community over the years to build our new music service. We’ll be helping our team members commence their job search over the next few months.”
