I have stumbled upon a very interesting and helpful Google Chrome add-on which is designed to help us manage our Google + profile. With this add-on extension you can add extra functions the Google+ like you can get desktop notifications when someone posts or any new post.  You can share Posts via twitter, link hash tag, translate posts with Google Translate, search in posts and profiles directly from your omnibox.

Another great feature about this add-on is that you will get Google + notification on your desktop with sound.
