Gmail increases contact storage to 25,000 from 10,000.

Well good news for people who use Gmail for all their purpose and who have huge amount of contacts. Earlier you could only store up to 10,000 contacts on Gmail but on popular demands Gmail has confirmed that from today you will be able to store contacts up to 25,000.

Well this news may not be so great for lots of people since having above 10,000 contacts is really huge. But the fact remains that there are people who have much more than that. Previously you had a limit of 10,000 contacts but for all those people who felt bad about it now you can store about 25,000 contacts which is more than double of the previous rate.

Gmail also increased the size of individual contact which was previously 32 KB to 128 KB, this means you can use contacts which have large notes and information associated with it.

Hope you enjoyed this.
