Microsoft is now adapting the style of Firefox, Opera and Chrome on its Web browser development pace. Internet Explorer 9 is out for public (full version) quite recently only and now they have come out with Internet Explorer 10 test preview mode. It’s the same what Microsoft has used to launch IE 9,that is first it gives you option to install IE 9 in preview mode  and then beta and finally full version.

This time also as the first phase in IE 10 development, the preview is available for download. Once installed you can check different websites and how it looks in IE 10 ultimately. Well when I checked couple I have felt the speed has improved. Well more to research.
