Microsoft has claimed to develop “Tactile” app technology which allows mobile phone users to touch and feel what they checking. They say that this technology tricks users who feel the edges and bumps of an image for example. Microsoft say’s that it making a real texture by using pixel-sized shape-memory plastic cells which can be ordered to protrude or bulge out from the surface on given command.
