Processor: Dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor.
Connectivity: 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, 3G support.

With Glossy black n white and looks almost similar to IPad 2, brushed metal finish, metallic borders and nice 3.2 MP camera (1.3 MP front cam) with single LED flash.
Volume, power button, head phone (3.5 mm) all on the top the tab (landscape view).Samsung proprietary power charger slot and HDMI output, bright display which looks cool on 1280 x 800 resolutions.
Software overview:
Samsung Galaxy tab is Android Honeycomb 3.0 powered. Early review says that it’s extremely user friendly but with multiple issues. Honeycomb is easy to use but the navigation is on the left side which can be not so easy thing for many.
Speed is also another concern with Honeycomb, despite if having dual core processor; reviewers have reported that sometimes whole system freezes. Website freeze, keyboard fail, zoom freeze and hang up issues have been frequently reported. Well once any of these issues are popped up only way to come out is to reboot the tab. These issues are frequent when you use it for longer period.
Keyboard display looks cools and need a little bit of training to be an expert and avoid mistypes etc. Home screen is customizable with widgets (5 different home screens available at present).
Camera and multimedia:
Galaxy 10.1 has 3 MP camera with flash which looks great and but not as impressive as its competitor. But images are lot more grainer but night shots looks good with inbuilt flash. 3-megapixel camera also supports recording 1280 x 720 video (720p HD).
Front camera is 1.3 MP, is fine for video chats even though images are little crisp.
Galaxy tab has very impressive audio even though video is not so impressive at present.
Conclusion: Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is much awaited tab of the year. But initial review says lots minor issues which need to be sorted out. Samsung claims major issues will be sorted out by Android Honeycomb 3.1 update and which is important. Pricing seems to a mystery yet but looks it would be little costlier than other competitors.
Well if it’s worth a buy, surely the motto is to wait and watch the show.
